Confirm payment methods directly with your rental-car provider, driver, guide, or activity operator. Ask which currency they quote in, when payment is due, and whether the quoted total includes any fees.
Keep a record of agreed prices and what is included with your travel details.
Ask your hosts about your planned grocery stop and any other first-day needs before travel. If you arrange kitchen stocking through Sherri, agree on the list, charge, and payment method ahead of time.
Your hosts can help you plan around your arrival time and where you expect to stop.
Make a list of any payments that your providers have confirmed require cash. Ask them about the currency and denominations they accept, then decide what you need for your own plans.
If you plan to use a card or withdraw money, check availability, limits, and charges with the provider and your bank before departure.
